THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.18012 of 2014 ORDER :
The petitioner claims to be the owner of the land to an extent of Acs.6.14 cents in Survey No.109/2 of S.R.Puram Village, Pendurthi Mandal, Visakhapatnam District. He submitted representations dated 10.04.2013, 20.10.2013 and 05.02.2014 to the Tahsildar, Pendurthi Mandal through online for issuance of certificate of mutation of records. So far no orders have been passed by the Tahsildar.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Pendurthi Mandal, Visakhapatnam District-3rd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representations submitted by the petitioner on 10.04.2013, 20.10.2013 and 05.02.2014 within three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
