JUDGMENT / ORDER

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.20904 of 2008 Between:
K. Rajender PETITIONER AND 1. The Government of Andhra Pradesh, rep. by its Secretary, Civil Supplies Department, Secretariat, Hyderabad, and others.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has given up the Vakalat.
However, the relief sought for in the writ petition is to declare the short tender notice vide Proceedings No.PDS/Movt/FG 5(3) 08-09, Stage I dated 17.09.2009 on the file of the 3rd respondent, as illegal.
Since the matter relates to tender, which was for the period from September, 2008 to March 2009, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
