This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the order of the second respondent in Rc.No.A6/65/2014, dated 28-02-2014, as null and void.”
At the hearing, Mr.V.H.V.R.R.Swamy, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his client to file an appeal against the impugned order of respondent No.2.
The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.44067 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
