O R D E R Ag.CJ (Oral):
1. Learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.5 submits that the allegation made by respondent No.5 against the petitioner is not correct, and therefore, respondent No.5 wants to withdraw the complaint made against the petitioner. He further submits that an appropriate application will be filed by respondent No.5 in this behalf, before the Karnataka Land Grabbing Prohibition Special Court, Bangalore in the proceeding in L.G.C.(P) No.637/2017. His submission is placed on record.
2. In view of the above submission, Sri Sunil S.Rao, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court, when the occasion arises. Leave and liberty sought for is granted. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn.
