Again when the matter was posted on 16.12.2016, there was no representation for the petitioner and matter was ordered to be listed after one week under the same caption “ for dismissal ”.
3. Even today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, connected MP is closed.
