THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS GROUP, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
O R D E R Sri.K.S.Venkataramana, learned counsel for the respondent No.1 pointed out that the very petitioner earlier filed W.P.No.3234/2012 along with others, challenging the order dated 17.01.2012 made in Crl.Misc.8992/2011. This Court by order dated 27.04.2012, disposed of the matters following the order dated 29.03.2012 made in W.P.No.3198/2012 and that of the petitioners therein to approach the Debt Recovery Tribunal within one month and thereafter the Debt Recovery Tribunal to dispose of the matters within three months. The prayer sought in the present writ petition to quash the possession order dated 17.01.2012 made in C.Misc.8992/2012, already disposed of by this Court supra, the prayer would not survive for consideration.
2. The said submission is placed on record.
Writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
