2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submitted that the complaint of the petitioner dated 10.04.2017, after due enquiry, was closed on 11.05.2017.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
