JUDGMENT / ORDER

The prayer in the writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondent Nos.1 to 7 from convening any General Body Meeting which was scheduled to have been held on 26.01.2016 at about 15-00 hours at Christ Anglo Indian Higher Secondary School, Anna Salai, Chennai – 600 002 in pursuant to the Public Notice dated 20.01.2016 issued by the 1st respondent in Tamil Daily News Paper, namely Dina Thanthi.
2. The above matter came up before this Court (13.03.2017) under the caption “For orders”. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforesaid prayer in the writ petition has now become infructuous and therefore, nothing survives to adjudicate in the matter. Hence this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. No costs.
