The Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to issue direction to the 1st respondent herein to register the case on the complaint dated 18.07.2011, pending on the file of the 1st respondent.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the de-facto complainant, the CSR has been issued, later on investigation was completed and complaint has been closed as no further action is required.
