JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mohan M. Shantanagoudar, C.J.
With a contention that the Presiding Officer of the Labour Court, Kozhikode in I.D. No. 2026 of 2007 had made certain derogatory remarks against the complainant herein, this contempt proceeding is instituted to initiate action against the respondents including the Presiding Officer of the Labour Court.
2. It is brought to the notice of the Court that the complainant has already questioned the award of the Labour Court in W.P.(C) No. 32325 of 2016. The complainant is free to raise all the grounds which are available to him in law before the Court where the writ petition is pending consideration. He can even seek for expunging the averments made against him in the award. Contempt Case (Civil) No.1742 of 2016 -:2:- With the above observations, the Contempt Case stands dismissed.
