Public Prosecutor ORDER The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police and his subordinate officials not to harass the petitioner to repay the dues in connection with recovery of loan due amount.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that on the basis of the complaints given by one Malliga and Shanthi, the second respondent police is frequently calling the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and is harassing him. Hence, the present petition.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that no such harassment was made by the second respondent police and only based on the complaints given by the said Malliga and Shanthi, the second respondent police conducted investigation and after due enquiry, both the complaints came to be closed by the second respondent police. He has also produced the closure report before this Court.
4. The said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. Since there is no harassment by the second respondent police, the present criminal original petition is closed.
