This review petition is filed under Order 47 Rule 1 of CPC, praying to review the order dated 04.01.2012 passed in R.F.A. No.1551/2005(SP), on the file of this Court.
This review petition coming on for orders. this day, the A.S.Bopanna. J., made the following:
O R D E R I.A. No. 1/17 and I.A. No.2/17 are filed by the petitioner seeking leave to withdraw the petition and consequently to direct the Registry to refund the Court fee paid on the review petition.
2. Perused the reasons indicated in the affidavit accompanying the application. The prayer as sought for is granted. I.As. No. 1/17 and 2/17 are allowed.
Accordingly, review petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
Registry is directed to refund of the entire court fee paid on this petition by drawing a cheque in the name of the petitioner and delivering the same on proper identification.
3. In view of the disposal of I.As. No.1/17 and 2/17, the application I.A. No.3/17 does not arise for consideration. The same is accordingly disposed of.
