(BY SRI B.S. BUDIHAL, HCGP) ... PETITIONER ... RESPONDENTS THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA PRAYING TO DIRECT THE R-1 TO 3 TO TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AS PER LAW WITH RESPECT TO COMPLAINTS DATED 21.3.2018 GIVEN BY THE PETITIONER AS PER ANNEX-E.
THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Petitioner herein was appellant before the Joint Director of Land Records attached to the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Bangalore Rural District, in Appeal No.43/2017-18, which was disposed of by order dated 02.08.2017 directing the Tahsildar to implement the order in conducting podi work afresh. Though the said order is communicated to the 3rd Respondent by representation dated 21.02.2018, the same is not complied till today.
2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and learned AGA for the Respondent-State.
3. Perused the materials available on record.
4. On going through the same, it is clearly seen that the 3rd Respondent is duty bound to implement the order dated 02.08.2018 passed by the Joint Director of Land Records in Appeal No.43/2017-18. Accordingly, the 3rd Respondent is hereby directed to comply with the said order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With these directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
Learned AGA to file Memo of Appearance within two weeks from today.
