JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present writ petition, seeking to direct the first respondent to consider his representation dated 21.04.2012 and execute necessary sale deed in favour of him in respect of the plot No 340, 36th street, GKM Colony, Chennai-600 082 within a time stipulated by this court.
2. According to the petitioner, he was allotted a plot bearing No 340, 36th street, GKM Colony, Chennai-600 082 by the first respondent on lease cum sale basis. Since no orders have been passed the petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking the aforesaid prayer.
3. Learned Standing Counsel Submitted that if the representation of the petitioner is still pending before the respondents, the same would be considered in accordance with law.
4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
