Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3; and Mr.N.Shravan Kumar, learned counsel who appears for respondent No.4 in the place of Mr.B.Somasekhar, learned counsel.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the police force deployed on the leased premises has since been withdrawn, the cause in this petition does not any more survive.
3. Learned counsel for respondent No.4 states, on instructions, that the civil suit filed by the petitioner also has been settled between the parties and appropriate memo is already filed.
In view of that, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
