HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No. 2695 of 2007 AND W.P.M.P.No.30562 of 2014 COMMON ORDER :
W.P.M.P.No.30562 of 2014 is filed by the party-in-person (1st petitioner himself) to permit him to withdraw W.P.No.2695 of 2007.
2. Having regard to the changed circumstances, it is to be noted that the party-in-person is represented by his counsel Mr. J. Krishna Dev.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and also the learned Government Pleader.
4. The petitioner K. Pedda Pentaiah is permitted to withdraw W.P.No.2695 of 2007.
5. Accordingly, W.P.M.P.No.30562 of 2014 is ordered and writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
