ORDER:
Petitioner states that she is the owner of an extent of 62 cents in Sy.No.128/2 of Kakkalapalli village, Anantapuram Mandal, Anantapuram District and that in the said land she is running a flour mill and rice mill. It is stated that the rice mill has been functioning from 1997 onwards and that the petitioner’s vendors themselves have raised a compound wall around the property. Petitioner has requested for grant of assignment of adjacent Government land on payment of market value and filed a representation for that purpose before the Joint Collector, Ananthapur on 24.03.2014.
