Paran and others … Petitioners And The High Court of A.P., Rep. by its Registrar General Hyderabad and another … Respondents THE HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.16136 OF 2014 ORDER: (per the Hon’ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) This writ petition has been filed on the allegation that the photo copies of the OMR sheets which were given to the candidates at the time of written examination of the posts in question did not contain Bar Codes which is contrary to the known selection procedure.
It appears that the petitioners already took the written test, which must be prior to the interviews which are scheduled to be held on 12.6.2014 and 13.6.2014. If there is supply of faulty answer sheets, the petitioners would have reacted then and ought to have made a complaint, but there is no document to show that any complaint was made contemporaneously. We are therefore of the view that this is an afterthought idea. Hence, we are not inclined to believe this story.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. There will be no order as to costs.
Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
