The District Collector forwarded the petitioner's representation letter to the second respondent directing to take appropriate action under Section 6(3) of the Right to Information Act. On petitioner's request, the second respondent issued an Office Memorandum dated 22.02.2017 directing the Regional Registrar, Tiruvarur. But, the petitioner has not received any reply from the third respondent. Hence, the petitioner has filed this writ petition before this Court.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that in view of the full bench judgment made in K. MARAPPAN VS.
