All are residing at Behind Main Post Office, Tyagarajanagar Extension, Challakere – 577 522. … RESPONDENTS (By Sri L.S.Chikkanagoudar, Adv. for R-1; R-2 & R-3 served) This writ petition is filed under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to quash the order dated 12.02.2015 vide Annexure-E passed on IA No.8 in O.S.No.71/2014 on the file of Principal Civil Judge & JMFC at Challakere.
This petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing ‘B’ Group, this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER 1. Defendant No.1 in O.S.No.71/2014 on the file of the Principal Civil Judge & JMFC, Challakere, has come up in this writ petition impugning the order dated 12.02.2015 passed on IA No.8.
2. When this matter is taken up for consideration this day, the stage of the original proceedings in O.S.No.71/2014 is looked into in the website of Chitradurga District Court. It is seen that O.S.No.71/2014 has already been disposed of vide judgment dated 13.10.2017. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition as the same has become infructuous.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
