Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to correct the particulars of the Police Station in the application.
The correction application is allowed.
In the fourth/ fifth lines of the first paragraph of the order dated 16.08.2018 in place of the words "Police Station Jaithara", the words "Police Station Aliganj", shall be read.
The order dated 16.08.2018 shall stand corrected accordingly.
