1. Learned counsel Mr.K.R.Dixit submitted that the challenge to vires of the provisions of the Income­Tax Act is withdrawn on instructions of the petitioner and necessary amendment in the petition for deleting the related averments and prayers shall be carried out. He further requested that in view of withdrawal of the challenge to legality of the relevant provisions, the SCA/15154/2010 2/2 ORDER petitions may be listed before appropriate Court taking up tax matters.
