ORDER:
Heard.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of his complaint sent by Registered Post Acknowledgement Due on 02.09.2014, respondents 2 and 3 are not taking any steps, though cognizable offence is disclosed as per the complaint.
3. Instructions received by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home show that the petitioner’s complaint sent by RPAD was received by the third respondent and he has already registered Cr.No.531 of 2014 under Sections 471, 468 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and the investigation is in progress.
4. In view of the aforesaid statement, no further orders are necessary to be passed except directing the third respondent to complete the investigation expeditiously.
The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
There shall be no order as to costs.
