THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
O R D E R In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction to respondent No.1 to consider his representation dated 6.1.2014 vide Annexure-F.
2. The petitioner is a publisher and editor of the fortnightly magazine. The intention of the petitioner is to highlight the problems of the people as well as the students who are seeking courses of paramedical in Karnataka. The petitioner has obtained documents with proof through RTI Act and since there is some irregularities in the Paramedical Board, he has given representation to the respondent No.1 on 6.1.2014 vide Annexure-F. Since, no action has been taken by the respondent No.1 on the representation, he has approached this Court.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
4. The petitioner has given representation on 6.1.2014 vide Annexure-F. Since, no action has been taken by the respondent No.1, it would suffice if a direction is given to the respondent No.1 to consider the representation.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
The respondent No.1 is directed to consider the representation given by the petitioner on 6.1.2014 vide Annexure-F within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
