O R D E R:
By interim order dated 18.04.2012, this Court directed the Commissioner of Endowments, Hyderabad, to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 21.03.2011 within a time frame.
2. Sri M. Vidyasagar, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that pursuant to the aforestated order, the Commissioner of Endowments has passed an independent order. The learned counsel fairly concedes that the said order would give rise to a fresh cause of action and that the issue raised in the writ petition would not survive for independent consideration separately.
3. The writ petition is accordingly closed granting liberty to the petitioner to seek redressal insofar as the fresh cause of action is concerned by instituting separate proceedings in accordance with law. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
