JUDGMENT / ORDER

By order dated 18.10.2016 passed in WP No. 34855 of 2016 filed by the petitioner herein, while quashing the proceedings dated 05.07.2016 of the fourth respondent herein, which was impugned in the writ petition, directed the respondents 1 to 4 in the writ petition to pass appropriate orders with regard to approval of the appointment of the petitioner as Junior Assistant in Islamiah Higher Secondary School, Pernambut, Vellore District within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Complaining non-compliance of the said order dated 18.10.2016, the petitioner has come forward with this contempt petition.
2. When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents brought to the notice of this Court the proceedings of the fourth respondent herein in Na.Ka.No.2892/A2/ 2017 dated Nil.07.2017 signed on 07.07.2017 and submitted that the fourth respondent has approved the appointment of the petitioner in the cadre of Junior Assistant.
3. In the light of the order dated 07.07.2017 passed by the fourth respondent herein, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
