RESPONDENTS ORDER:
When the matter was called on 04.04.2014 learned counsel for the petitioners was absent and there was no representation on his behalf. To give a chance, the matter was directed to be posted “For Dismissal” to this day. Even today when the matter is called none appeared for the petitioners and there is no representation on their behalf. It seems the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the matter.
Therefore, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
As a sequel, Crl.M.Ps if any shall stand closed.
