2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the accused who faced prosecution in C.C.No.24 of 2009, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruthuraipoondi, was acquitted under Judgement dated 13.03.2012.
4. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, this petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
