THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER In this proceedings office objections were not complied. Hence, an order was passed on 6.10.2017 directing the petitioner to pay cost of Rs.500/- to the Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund for non compliance of office objections on earlier occasion. In this regard, the order sheet would indicate that neither the office objections are removed nor cost is paid inspite of time being granted on 6.10.2017. Further, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner this day though this matter is called twice, once in the morning and again in the afternoon at 4.20 p.m. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
