Chinnappa Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, upon finding that the pleadings in this case are deficient, sought the leave of the Court to withdraw the same reserving liberty to his client to file a fresh contempt case in accordance with law.
Permission granted.
The Contempt Case is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated. Application No. 762 of 2014 is also dismissed. No order as to costs.
