...Respondents The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the Letter in na.ka.53626/12/ve oo va 2 dated 13.8.2012 issued by the 1st respondent to the petitioner and quashing the same as null and void, illegal and arbitrary and in violation of the Order dated 9-4-2012 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.9040/2012 and further directing the respondents and more particularly the 3rd respondent to receive the payments made by the petitioner vide Receipts No.000821 dated 26-12-2011 and 031051 dated 25-1-2012 and vide further Receipts Nos.931056 and 931057 both dated 31.3.2012 -all issued by the 3rd respondent Society towards loan accounts SRTO No.74 & SRTO No.81 and to hold the above loan accounts as settled under the Special Settlement Scheme for Non-Farm Loans of the Cooperative Banks announced vide Letter in Na.ka.109979/2010 mavako 3 dated 3-12-2010 and to issue the Loan clearance Certificates in respect of the above loan accounts of the petitioner.
