We have checked up the records and it appears that the writ petition was filed challenging the order of suspension pending the disciplinary proceedings and no interim relief was granted by this Court. Learned Advocate General appearing for the first respondent submits that the disciplinary proceedings have ended and an order of dismissal from service has been passed.
