JUDGMENT / ORDER

IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT HYDERABAD FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA AND THE STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH (Special Original Jurisdiction) PRESENT THE HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.3777 OF 2013 DATED: 02-07-2014 Between:
K. Manjusree … Petitioner And The High Court of Andhra Pradesh rep. by its Registrar (Vigilance), Hyderabad and another … Respondents THE HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.3777 OF 2013 ORDER: (per Hon’ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) Learned Advocate General submits that nothing survives in this writ petition. We have checked up the records and it appears that the writ petition was filed challenging the order of suspension pending the disciplinary proceedings and no interim relief was granted by this Court. Learned Advocate General appearing for the first respondent submits that the disciplinary proceedings have ended and an order of dismissal from service has been passed. Hence, as rightly submitted by the learned Advocate General, nothing survives in this matter. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
