This petition is admitted for hearing. With the consent of learned counsel for the petitioner, the same is heard finally.
2. In this petition under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has assailed the validity of the order dated 4.3.2014 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Bengaluru-1st respondent herein.
3. When the matter was taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has tendered his resignation from the services of the Company.
Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to such remedy as may be available to him under law with regard to the grievance, if the same still subsists.
With the aforesaid liberty, the petition stands disposed of.
