This petition is filed challenging the order passed by the first Appellate Court in Crl.A.No.22/2017 dated 30.11.2017 partly allowing the appeal and modifying the order passed by the Prl.Civil Judge and JMFC, Chitradurga dated 25.03.2017.
Petitioner’s counsel has filed a memo seeking withdrawal of the petition on the ground that both the parties have settled the matter amicably, out of the Court.
The memo is placed on record. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
