JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 12.02.2015 in accordance with law within a time frame.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a representation to the 1st respondent dated 12.02.2015 and the 1st respondent has not considered the same yet.
3. Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation in accordance with law, after giving notice to the respondents 4 to 13.
4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.02.2015 and pass orders, after giving notice to the respondents 4 to 13, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
