This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner on frivolous complaints given by his wife relating to the matrimonial and property disputes.
2. When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the presence of the petitioner is no more required for any enquiry or interrogation by the respondent police.
