Respondents Prayers: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus to directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 28.05.2016 of the petitioner and grant patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of S.No.402/1, measuring 0.18.0 hectare, Kadayur Village.

O R D E R
The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition praying to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 28.05.2016 of the petitioner and grant patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of S.No.402/1, measuring 0.18.0 hectare, Kadayur Village.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has made a representation to the respondent on 28.05.2016 to grant patta in favour his name for the aforesaid property. But no order has been taken by the respondent till now. Therefore, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has submitted that if the said representation is pending, the second respondent will consider the same on merits and in accordance with law.
4. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, this Court is inclined to direct the second respondent / Tashildar to consider petitioner's representation dated 28.05.2016 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of twelve weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing opportunities to parties concerned. The petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent with a copy of the said representation along with a copy of this order.
5. With the above observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
