COMMON ORDER The Writ Petitioners, in the above writ petitions, challenged the order of transfer. At the time of filing the writ petitions, the writ petitioners are aged about 56 and 57 years, respectively.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that, by this time, the writ petitioners could have retired from service, on attaining the age of superannuation.
3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the writ petitioners, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present writ petitions. Accordingly, the writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
