When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter came to be compromised before the Lok Adalat conducted by the IX Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai on 12.09.2015 and hence nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition for adjudication.
