nv ORDER The petitioner has challenged the proceedings initiated by the 3rd respondent in which it is stated that certain irregularities have been committed by the petitioner in running the school.
2. When the matter is taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already passed away and therefore, the charges against him stand abated and the writ petition may be dismissed as such.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as abated.
