ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to direct the respondents to implement order, dated 31.07.2012, in Consumer Case No.795 of 2011 on the file of the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-I, Hyderabad.
At the hearing, learned counsel for both parties submitted that in Writ Appeal No.1431 of 2014, a Division Bench of this Court has set aside order, dated 22.09.2014, in Writ Petition No.18973 of 2010, of a learned single Judge, who allowed the said Writ Petition similar to the present one, with liberty to the writ petitioners therein to approach the District Consumer Forum for execution of the orders passed by it.
Following the said judgment, this Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to approach the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-I Hyderabad, which has allowed the Consumer Case filed by the petitioners, for execution of its order.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.47781 of 2014 filed by the petitioners for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous.
