ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“issue writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.1 to 5 in conducting auction of the property mentioned in the auction notice, dated 08-08-2014, in Sy.Nos.532/1, 771/7, 6 and 794/1 & 11 of Sakhinatipalli Village and Mandal, East Godavari District to recover the amounts under Award No.3613 of 1999-2000 in CEP Nos.1250 and 2386/2001-2002 and under Award No.703/2000- 2001 in CEP No.2386/2001-2002 without considering the case of the petitioner under one time settlement to clear the outstanding said CEP's as illegal and violative of principles of natural justice and provisions of A.P Co-operative Societies Act and consequently, to direct the respondents to extend the one time settlement benefit as approved in other cases, vide Proceedings of respondent No.1, dated 13.02.2007 and, further direct respondent Nos.2 to 5 not to auction the said property.”
At the hearing, Sri S.Siva Bhami Reddy, learned counsel representing Sri T.V.S.Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.34911 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous.
