For Petitioner : Mr.B.Suresh For Respondent : Mr.R.Prathap Kumar Additional Government Pleader O R D E R The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent has challenged the interim order dated 09.02.2005 passed by this Court in WVMP No.48 of M. GOVINDARAJ, J.
TK 2005 in WPMP No.33518 of 2004 in W.P.No.27562 of 2004 before the Division Bench of this Court. The Division Bench, after hearing the matter elaborately, by its order dated 01.08.2005 in W.A.No.556 of 2005, has granted the main relief itself, by allowing the writ petition, following the judgment of this Court in SAKTHI DEVI, S.P. VS. THE COLLECTOR OF SALEM, SALEM [1998 L.W. 105].
2. In the light of the submissions made above, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed, as no further orders are required. No costs.
