ORDER:
Petitioner approached this court aggrieved by the inaction of respondent No.2 in providing police protection in terms of the order of Special Assistant Agent to Government/Mobile court, Bhadrachalam, Khammam District in I.A.No.86 of 2013 in O.S.No.133 of 2013, dated 05.07.2013.
2. When this writ petition was heard initially on 21.07.2014, while issuing notice before admission, it was directed that respondent No.2 shall act in terms of the orders of the learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate and Special Assistant Agent to Government, Mobile Court, Bhadrachalam, referred to above.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner now submits that on 21.07.2014 the Superintendent of Police has issued directions to the Sub-Inspector of Police, to make proper enquiry and furnish details. Hence, learned counsel says that no further orders are necessary.
4. It appears that on account of the directions of this court and the instructions of the Superintendent of Police, the protection, as sought for, is already extended.
Writ petition is, accordingly, closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
