No.75 of 2012 in I.A. No.461 of 2011 in O.S. No.68 of 2007 by the Junior Civil Judge, Madakasira, Anantapur District;
And whereas, the High Court upon perusing the petition and the memorandum of grounds filed therein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri T.P.Acharya, Advocate for the Petitioner directed issue of notice to the Respondent herein returnable in four weeks to show cause as to why this petition should not be admitted and the Court also permitted to the learned counsel for the petitioner to take out notice to respondents by RPAD and file proof of service;
