...Respondents PRAYER: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the award in Na.Ka.No.9344/99,Sa Pa, dated 28.9.1999 passed by the 2nd respondent confirmed by the 1st respondent in Cooperative Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No.1 of 2001 by order dated 4.10.2002 in insofar as the petitioners are concerned and quash the same and forbear the respondents from initiating any revenue recovery proceedings against the properties of the petitioner.
