JUDGMENT / ORDER

M.V.MURALIDARAN,J.
vs No representation on behalf of the petitioners as well as the 2nd respondent. Even in the last three hearings, namely on 16.12.2016, 06.01.2017 and on 12.01.2017 there were no representation on behalf of the petitioners as well as the respondents. Due to continuous absence on either side, the case was directed to be listed today under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, when the case is listed under the caption "for dismissal", there are no representation on behalf of the petitioners as well as the 2nd respondent. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
