JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner represented that the F.C.O.P.No.242 of 2015 has filed by the petitioner before the Family Court, Salem on the ground of divorce from the respondent, which is still pending. There is no application pending in the said O.P. Therefore, the revision petitioner has filed the present Revision before this Court seeking for expeditious disposal of the said O.P. on the file of the Family Court, Salem.

2. Respondent has filed counter statement in the said O.P.
3. By considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the Family Court to dispose of the F.C.O.P.No.242 of 2015, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
