JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.S.Navaneethan, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the main writ petition http://www.judis.nic.in itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent to measure and survey his properties comprised in Survey No.57, Pattikkadu Village Punjai S.No.7/1 measuring an extent of 11 Cents out of 71 Cents, Punjai S.No.7/1 measuring an extent of 55 Cents out of 66 Cents, Punjai S.No.7/2A measuring an extent of 12 Cents and Punjai S.No.6/4B measuring an extent of 1Acre 22 Cents totally measuring an extent of two Acres and to grant Patta in his favour with effected subdivision as per the representation dated 27.03.2017.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 27.03.2017, the respondent has not passed any order so far.
4. Mr.S.Navaneethan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.03.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, after giving notice to all the interested parties.
5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondent to consider the http://www.judis.nic.in petitioner's representation dated 27.03.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to all the interested parties.
With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
