Prayer in W.P.No.4832 of 2016 : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the fifth respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.6477/2011 A3 dated 16.06.2014 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to grant patta in respect of petitioner lands measuring an extent of 0.83 and 0.72 hectares comprised in Survey Nos.123/1A and 122/2C, in No.53, Konamoolai Village, Sathyamanglam Taluk, Erode District.
